We aim to foster a respectful community space for sharing and exploring diverse voices on wellbeing, where contributions from youth around the world are welcome.

If you are no longer a youth, we'd still love to hear about your experiences from your youth, and any advice or resources you'd like to share.

The Archive was created through the Partnership for Youth and Planetary Wellbeing research project out of Young Lives Research Lab.

Four Youth Advisory Committees (YACs) were set up to steer this research in Canada (Greater Toronto Census Area), Belize, Costa Rica, and Chile. The Archive was created by the Canadian YAC: Zakirah (they/she), Sierra (she/her), Jessica (she/her), and Polina (she/her).

In this research project, the YAC helped craft local interview questions, recruit 25 youth and 12 community members through their personal networks, conduct interviews, co-analyze data, and create an ethnographic activity, which for us, was the Archive.

In the analysis, the YAC co-selected interview clips for the Archive, and invited interviewees to share more thoughts on the Archive in a month-long campaign with a once-a-week prompt.
